🤝 Together with the Heart & Mind Foundation, we encourage people aged 50+ to join the free online support group "Kariera 50Plus".
💼 The program is aimed at people who want to re-enter the workforce, are considering a career change, or need support in planning their next steps. The meetings combine career counseling, personal development, and the exchange of experiences. 📈
❤️ The Heart & Mind Foundation has been working for years to support the professional development of mature individuals and better utilize their potential in the labor market. In addition to running the "Career 50Plus" program :
